Refund Policy — Dual Subs

Last updated: July 22, 2026 Seller: Dual Subs Contact: infodualsubtitle@gmail.com

We want you to be happy with Dual Subs. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid Dual Subs subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your original order (the initial purchase of a subscription).

The 30-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a monthly or annual subscription. Renewal charges (a subscription automatically renewing after a full billing period) are refundable on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy — please contact us as soon as you notice a renewal you did not intend.

2. Free trial

Dual Subs includes a free trial for new accounts. No card is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund unless you have explicitly subscribed and been billed. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid the next renewal — see Section 4.

3. How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases is Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payments, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund you can:

  • Use Paddle's buyer portal. Visit https://paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout. From there you can request a refund and manage your subscription.
  • Or contact us directly at infodualsubtitle@gmail.com with (a) the email address used at checkout, (b) the approximate purchase date, and (c) a short description of the reason. We will forward your request to Paddle if needed and confirm the outcome by email.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle; the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider (usually 5–10 business days).

4. Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but is not itself a refund. You can cancel:

  • From the Subscription section of your Dual Subs account, or
  • From Paddle's buyer portal at https://paddle.net.

After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period; after that your account is downgraded to the free tier automatically.

5. What is not covered

The 30-day guarantee is generous, but there are limited situations where a refund may be denied or reduced, including:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase (renewal charges — see Section 1).
  • Repeated refund requests from the same account or evidence of abuse of the guarantee (for example, subscribing, requesting a refund, and resubscribing on a cycle).
  • Chargebacks initiated with your bank instead of contacting us first — please reach out to us or Paddle before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.

In all cases, this policy does not affect any statutory refund rights you may have under your local consumer law (for example, distance-selling withdrawal rights in the EU/UK). Where local law grants you a broader right to a refund, that right prevails.
